I'm sure it's not as tasty and fresh as yours, but it's basically free.<br /><br />Also, you mention freezing it. I bet you could use the babyfood freezing method! Put it in ice cube trays, then crack them into freezer bags. When you need them, they'll thaw fast because they are small cubes plus, easy to just get the amount you want without having to thaw a big batch! :) <br /><br />****Disclaimer**** I am NOT a chef/cook/kitchen expert of any kind. I also made fresh steamed broccoli and a green leaf salad with Tuscan Italian dressing and topped the salad with the freshly grated parmesan. The family is in heaven!! Thank you so much! Tomorrow I am trying the Chicken & Kale Soup and then next the roasted squash & swiss chard (our grocery was out of swiss char last night, bummer!).<br /><br />I cannot believe you had that much snow!
