Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas from my house to yours!

Joining with millions of people across the globe, we made Christmas cookies this week.

The boys had an absolute blast.

Matthew promptly ingested every cookie he decorated,

and Timothy exercised his creative license.

He said the snowman below had a terrible accident and
the ambulance was on it's way to get him.
(!!!)
The things our children say are endless sources of joy and laughter, are they not?

I love my boys to the moon and back.

They are such wonderful gifts to Chris and I.

Like most parents would, I will protect their very lives with my own.

And I cannot imagine giving their lives for another, like God did so many years ago when He sent His perfect Son to earth; the best Christmas gift of all.

One of the most beautiful passages I've read about Christmas is here,
at my friend Erin's site, Rare and Beautiful Treasures.

It's short, but it will touch your heart.

Especially if you are carrying a particularly heavy burden this Christmas.

Thank you for spending your all-too-precious time with me this year, friends.

Merry Christmas.

Love, Ginny
