About the Book:
A Family Farm in Tuscany has gorgeous photography and delicious
recipes. Pretty enough to adorn your
coffee table yet useful enough earn a spot on the kitchen counter, it's also a great gift for the "Italophiles" in your life. The author, Sarah
Fioroni--chef, cooking instructor, sommelier, and manager of her family’s
organic farm near historic San Gimignano--shares stories of family traditions
and daily life at Fattoria Poggio Alloro as well as seasonal recipes prepared
with ingredients produced on the farm.
