Timothy's Christmas Program

Timothy's preschool held a Christmas program last night.

The little ones, ages 3-5, wore reindeer ears, rang jingle bells, and sang about baby Jesus.

I stood off to the side of the room taking pictures and videos.

And wiping the tears off of my cheeks.

It was so completely precious.

(Please excuse the quality of some of these photos.  I had a photography lesson yesterday (thank you, Jody!!!).  But I (stupidly) tried to employ what I learned.  I am kicking myself because I missed some great shots. Should have waited until after I had practiced more.)

For the record, Timothy's shirt was tucked in and his hair neatly brushed when we arrived at school.

Ten minutes later:

Timothy walking on air because he got to carry the "T".

Excuse the horrible video.
Blogger reduces the uploaded video quality.
Plus, I was laughing so hard it's quite shaky.

The kids are singing "Twinkle, Twinkle Christmas Star".

Everyone but Timothy, that is.

Santa showed up.
All children under the age of 3 ran screaming to their mothers.

Timothy pegged him as a phony right away:

Every mom was asked to bring a dozen Christmas cookies.

After the program we all grazed and mingled.

Look at these cute little things!

We lost track of Matthew for about 10 seconds.

He was over at the cookie table helping himself.

 Timothy, Parker, and Matthew

Ella putting in her request.

The sugar crash in process:

Merry Christmas, everyone!
